AASV 2024 Annual Meeting Commercial “Technical Tables” Exhibit Registration

Location: Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center -- Nashville, Tennessee
Meeting Dates: February 24-27, 2024   Exhibit Dates: Monday, February 26 and Tuesday, February 27, 2024

Conference and Exhibit Format

AASV plans to meet in person on the scheduled dates in 2024. Please see the Annual Meeting page for the latest updates.

Table Fee

The US$3,000 table fee shall accompany this application and includes:

• One six-foot, draped table with three chairs and a uniform card with your company's name
• Conference registration for up to three (3) company representatives (additional fees required to attend pre-conference seminars) and the option to register up to three more representatives at the exhibitor/nonmember rate
• Company name, logo, and brief description included in the exhibitor roster in the mobile conference app
• Opportunity to participate in Industrial Partners oral and poster sessions (submissions due Friday September 29, 2023).

Payment

Submit registration form AND payment by Friday September 29, 2023 to ensure eligibility to participate in the Industrial Partners sessions. Exhibit registrations continue to be accepted as long as space allows. Your credit card will be charged upon submission of this form.

If preferred, an application to mail with your company check is available here.

AASV will refund payment in full if a written request for cancellation is received by January 5, 2024. Cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of payment.
